Noor Ahmad AHADI

Noor Ahmad AHADI is a certified Google Data Analyst with a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Islamic University of Technology (IUT)- OIC affiliated institution in Dhaka, Bangladesh and is completing an M.Eng. in Industrial Design Engineering (Information Product Design) at Zhejiang University in China.

Over the past six years, he has served as Information Management and Data Analytic Expert at the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies(IFRC) and at the International Rescue Committee, Assistant professor at Kabul Polytechnic university,  Big Data Expert at Afghanistan’s Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, System Design & Development Advisor for the National Examination Authority, and Oracle Database & Web Development Intern at GSL Dhaka, in Bangladesh, where He designed, implemented, and maintained comprehensive data and information systems, while providing support in data collection, integration, transformation, analysis and visualization.

He is currently serving as a Sales Analyst at REIN FORCE AUTO LIMITED in China and as a Data Analysis and International Trade Expert at Nanjing Elit Consultancy, where he delivers market intelligence, conducts advanced data analytics, and provides strategic insights to support cross-border trade operations and business development.

He holds professional certificates in Power BI (Data-Driven Decision Making), Red Hat System Administration I & II (RHEL7), Oracle Database 11g Administration, DHIS2, and CompTIA A+. He is Proficient in Python, R, SQL/PL-SQL, PHP, Java, .NET, SPSS, JavaScript,  Power BI, Tableau, QGIS/ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite. He is fluent in Pashto, Dari, English, Arabic, and elementary Chinese. He combines technical expertise with clear communication to guide scholarship applicants through opportunity sourcing, application preparation, professor outreach, and visa consultation, maximizing their success through tailored, end-to-end support.

AHADI utilizes his technical skills and cross-cultural experience to guide international students through every stage of the scholarship process: sourcing suitable programs, crafting strong applications, liaising with professors and admissions offices, taking entrance exams, and career planning and advising on visa and relocation requirements.
