Liaoning University

Located in Shenyang, a central city in the Northeast of China, Liaoning University (LNU) is one of the National "Project 211" Key Universities of China as designated by the Ministry of Education. 

It is the only comprehensive academic higher education institution of its kind in Liaoning Province with a breadth of disciplines offered such as Chinese, History, Philosophy, Economics, Law, Sciences, Engineering, Management, Medicine and Art. The name of the school was inscribed by Marshal Zhu De.

Liaoning University has 1667 full-time teachers, including 271 doctoral supervisors, 974 master’s supervisors , an academician of CAE member，25 experts who were selected in the National Talent Plan ，1 experts who got the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars，5 experts who were selected in the National Youth Talent Plan，74 specialists on special stipend under the State Council of the People’s Republic of China，13 experts from the New Century Outstanding Talents of the Ministry of Education，63 candidates for Liaoning Xingliao Talents Plan, 3 national and provincial Huang Danian style teacher teams，15 national and provincial teacher teams，32 national outstanding teachers and provincial outstanding teachers.
