Hunan University of Science and Engineering (HUSE), located in Yongzhou, Hunan Province, China, is a provincial public university under the Hunan Provincial Department of Education. Established in 1941 as Hunan Provincial Seventh Normal School, it evolved through various stages, becoming Lingling Normal College in 1981 and later renamed to its current title in 2004.
